Most recently, I worked at Microsoft for 4 years as a Technical Support Representative, helping users with Windows and Office through chats, calls, and emails. I learned how to solve issues quickly and communicate clearly. Prior to that, I worked for 4 years as a Property Data Manager and Inside Sales Associate. I focused on data mining, research, cleansing, and CRM management using Excel, Google Sheets, and ClickUp. I also spent 6 years in the hospitality and airline industries, assisting customers with flight and hotel bookings, escalations, and admin tasks. I love problem-solving and continuous learning.
